Project

From start to finish, we were responsible for the restoration and transformation of a beautiful 10 bedroom family home in the Cotswolds. This involved everything from the layout designs and planning through to the interior design and rustic landscaping.

The project involved 3 buildings; the full refurbishment and extension of a Grade II Listed Farmhouse, the conversion of a derelict Listed Stone Barn and a new Dutch Barn with infinity pool. It was all completed within just 12 months, in time for a family wedding, which was nothing short of a miracle.

We selected an extremely hard working team who moved heaven and earth to complete the project on time. We managed relationships with the neighbours, the selection of materials and worked closely with the contractor's site foreman to ensure this complex project was delivered on time.

Working closely with the family we fine tuned the layouts to maximise the potential and create the 'wow' factor they were looking for, which resulted in four new planning applications.

We were responsible for the majority of the interior design. Using natural local materials where ever possible, we created a comfortable and luxurious country home. A place where you can can kick off your muddy boots and enjoy a glass of wine by the fire or a swim in the stunning heated pool.
