The renovation of a period two bedroom apartment for an international client.

We redesigned the layout to create an elegant master ensuite with lots of storage, a guest bedroom and bathroom, and a new and valuable study / third bedroom. We selected the team and managed the full refurbishment from start to finish. We worked with a tight budget and ensured it was delivered on programme.

The quality finish and contemporary feel made it extremely popular with the rental market. It has been a fantastic investment for our client.
