We saw the potential to reconfigure this one bedroom into a two bedroom ensuite apartment. This added massive value to our clients investment.

We managed the whole refurbishment process from start to finish whilst they were abroad. We designed the layouts, selected the team and managed the construction process, delivering it within budget and on programme.

Good communication was key. We worked closely with an international client who only ever saw the property once the project was completed.
